Setup Procedures

Getting started with Axiom Blue is quick and secure. Follow these steps to configure your account.

Step 1: Account Activation

You should have received an invitation email from your Axiom Blue Consultant.

Click the Invitation Link

Open your welcome email and click "Activate Account". You will be prompted to set a secure password.

Set Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

For your security, we require MFA. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy).

Step 2: Connect Your Bank

To automate your bookkeeping, we need read-only access to your business bank transactions.

  1. Go to Settings > Bank Feeds.
  2. Click Add Bank Account.
  3. Select your bank from the list (e.g., CommBank, NAB, Westpac).
  4. Log in with your internet banking credentials via our secure partner portal.
Security: We never store your banking passwords. We use bank-grade APIs for read-only access.

Step 3: Configure Business Profile

Ensure your invoices and reports look professional.

  • Logo: Upload your company logo in Settings.
  • ABN/ACN: Verify your tax registration details.
  • Contact Info: Update your billing address and phone number.
