Managing Jobs

Track work from start to finish. Perfect for trades and service businesses.

Create a New Job

  1. Go to ERP > Jobs.
  2. Click New Job.
  3. Give the job a Title (e.g., "Kitchen Reno - 12 Smith St").
  4. Assign a Customer.
  5. Set the Start Date and Estimated End Date.
  6. Assign staff members to the job team.

Scheduling

  1. Open the Scheduling tab within the Jobs module.
  2. View the calendar to see team availability.
  3. Drag and drop the Job onto a staff member's timeline to assign them for specific days.

Inventory & Stock

Keep track of the products and materials you sell or use.

Add a Product

  1. Go to ERP > Inventory.
  2. Click New Product.
  3. Enter the Item Code (SKU) and Name.
  4. Set your Buy Price (cost) and Sell Price.
  5. Enter current Stock on Hand quantity if applicable.

Purchase Orders

Order stock from suppliers.

  1. Go to ERP > Purchase Orders.
  2. Click New Order.
  3. Select the Supplier.
  4. Add items and quantities.
  5. Email the order to your supplier directly from the system.

Project Management

For longer, multi-stage engagements.

Using the Gantt Chart

  1. Navigate to PM > Projects.
  2. Select a project to view details.
  3. Click the Gantt View tab.
  4. Add Tasks and Milestones.
  5. Drag the edges of task bars to adjust their duration.
  6. Click and drag lines between tasks to create dependencies (e.g., Task B cannot start until Task A finishes).
